"Angus
the Tartan Goat"
Listen to how Angus, when trying to save his
master's kilt from getting soaked during a
big thunder storm, found that it tasted awfully
nice.
So, he ate the whole thing and his coat became
tartan.
| "Headaches for
Harry"
Harry the Highland cow has a terrible time because his snoring disturbs the other highland cattle so much that they tell him that he has to leave. He does so very sadly and soon, the neighbouring Angus cattle decide that it's safe to muscle in and take over. The Highland cattle realize that big Harry had been the one thing stopping the mean Angus cattle. So, they go in search of him. They bring him back and are quite happy to put up with his snoring after he chases off the Angus baddies |
| "Blue Cheese"
Fiona was dairy cow who one day accidentally munched on some violets. She enjoyed them so much that she ate more and more all day long. Farmer McHay was shocked when the milk that Fiona produced was purple! After that, every day her milk was the colour of whatever she ate. |
| "Helping Hands"
Burton the beaver saves his fellow creatures when a flood threatens their lives. They climb on his back as he goes from place to place rescuing others. "Hold on tight. Don't let go. We'll swim along with the flow." |
| "The Highland Triplets"
Then visit a highland glen and listen to Mrs. McTattie delivering the triplets Donald, Douglas and Duncan who have an enchanting time with visits from a cow, rabbit and sheep. Mrs. McTattie has great difficulty calming the boys until she has a brilliant idea. |
| "Hurry Up Sherman"
Sherman has to be the absolute slowest snail in Scotland. Nothing will make him move any faster. But he enjoys his day, taking his time to savour everything on his path. He climbs into a hollowed out tree trunk and causes an army of ants to re-route their supply line. |
| "The Train Ride"
Ian & Mac (two racoons) are tired of being hungry and out in the rain, so they climb aboard a steam train that takes them on a food adventure Train Ride. |
| "Daisy Necklaces"
Maureen loved to play with the sheep and lambs. One day she made a daisy necklace and then made one for each of the lambs. She made a special one to take home to her mum. |
